What are your fees?
There are two parts to the fees - commission and marketing.
Like a mechanic, think of the marketing as the parts and the commission as the labour. Hannah will discuss both of these in details at your face to face meeting.
How will you find potential buyers for my property?
It's important to know where your buyers are coming from. Who is the buyer for your home? What are their ages, demographics, location?
We have up-to-the-minute data on where our buyers are coming from and we can therefore directly target the right buyers. We don't work on a scattergun approach, cross our fingers and hope it works.
Knowledge is power.
Do I need a Solicitor?
Yes. Both buyer and seller will need a property conveyancer. We can help you find the right conveyancing team for you.
What suburbs do you cover?
Hannah lives in the Brisbane Bayside and sells in the Bayside.
